The process is completely secure and can be controlled at the user-side to allow the user to keep control of their data. Our remote support offering can be provided nationwide or worldwide. It can be combined with our onsite service in Harrow and London and surrounding areas to provide full coverage for all of your computer support needs.

Please note that remote IT Support is chargeable at £20 per half hour with a minimum £20 charge. Your computer must also be connected to the internet and we remommend broadband or cable access for fast resolution of your IT problems.

For certain support and services provided remotely, we will give you a esitmate of how much time it would take us to resolve your issue and the associated cost. We will endeavour to resolve these issues in the estimated timeframe.

• We will initially be in contact with you and decide if the problem can be fixed remotely.
• If remote repair is necessary we will ask you to go to a link or click the remote support picture on our website to download and install our remote IT Support Software
• The software will genereate a ID which you would need to tell us to allow us access to your computer
• We confirm that the problem is as described and give you an approximate time for repair and cost
• If you accept , we will ask you to pay using your Credit or Debit card via Paypal.
• You can relax while we perform your computer repairs. If you wish we can talk you through the repair or you can leave the computer and we will phone you when the repair is complete.
