We all know that computers can be the most frustrating things to work with. Sometimes just trying to do what you thought would be the simplest of tasks can take hours when you run into difficulties and the computer just doesn’t do what you want it to do. Consulting aloows us to advise customers on – and often then implement – technology solutions. We may, for example, advise you on the best network system and/or server to install at your offices ( and then go on and install it for you). Or we can suggest you the most practical and best solutions for hardware and software for your office and/or home to implement.

Positive IT Support have worked with computers for many years and although we will get frustrated with them, we can usually help! We can offer support options either in person or via email. We will help install hardware/software and give support concerning many of the major software packages, such as Microsoft Office; or get your email and internet access working.

• Network design. We help customers design and install an office computer network, including wireless networks (even multi-site solutions).
• Server specification. Especially for growing businesses, there is a point where it is smarter for your team to be using a server. We can advise when that is and specify (then implement) the best hardware and software for this.
• IT security. Auditing network and computer security, and/or assessing potential security breaches.
• IT advice. If you have a big technology decision you need to make and want an independent opinion to help you choose the best technology and/or vendor, we can be that impartial technology adviser.
• Hosting. We have advised small business on hosting and ISP and the majority of them have implemented our solutions
